【介紹】
Bio-Rad 提供完整的、應(yīng)用于多種研究的水平電泳設(shè)備系列。一系列廣泛的瓊脂糖電泳槽家族為多種核酸分析技術(shù)提供了解決方案。
水平凝膠在核酸分析方面有許多優(yōu)勢(shì)，始終是主要的分子生物學(xué)研究工具。對(duì)于核酸電泳來(lái)說(shuō)，水平電泳槽及相應(yīng)系統(tǒng)比垂直系統(tǒng)更經(jīng)濟(jì)、使用更方便。Sub-Cell 浸沒式水平電泳槽（subcell）家族有7種型號(hào)，可適合多種應(yīng)用。其中的5 種型號(hào)含有制膠器，可自己鋪制瓊脂糖電泳。如果需要更多的方便，ReadyAgarose 預(yù)制膠可與Mini-Sub 和ReadySub-Cell 兩種型號(hào)匹配，為你節(jié)省了時(shí)間并保證了最高的凝膠可重復(fù)性。

Sub-Cell GT 電泳槽
Sub-Cell GT 電泳槽是Sub-Cell 家族中功能最靈活的水平電泳槽，具有最廣范的凝膠長(zhǎng)度、樣品梳和分離 模式選擇，可理想地用于Southern 和northern 雜交等操作。
快速篩選小型電泳槽
如果您需要快速分離DNA，小型水平電泳槽能為你提供速度、簡(jiǎn)便及經(jīng)濟(jì)的解決。Bio-Rad 小型電泳槽 60V、1.5 小時(shí)就能分離EcoRI 或HindIII 消化的lambda噬菌體DNA 產(chǎn)物。小片段DNA 分離只需150V、15 分 鐘。對(duì)于多樣品快速篩選應(yīng)用，寬式subcell 更理想。由于所有小型subcell 都能容納ReadyAgarose 預(yù)制膠，它們也為常規(guī)分離節(jié)省了時(shí)間。
高通量電泳槽
96 型、192 型Sub-Cell 電泳槽是專為多樣品、高通量分析而開發(fā)的。電泳槽和分析電泳梳的設(shè)計(jì)以多通 道移液器的固定間距為基礎(chǔ)。在96 型上應(yīng)用51- 孔電泳梳，一排可電泳48 個(gè)樣品加上3 個(gè)DNA 分子量標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 品。如果使用2 個(gè)電泳梳，微孔板的所有96 個(gè)樣品都可同時(shí)在一塊凝膠上電泳，使其成為PCR 片段分析的 最佳選擇。192 型電泳槽可容納超過(guò)2 個(gè)微孔板的樣品。它的超長(zhǎng)設(shè)計(jì)使它成為RFLP、Southern 和Norhtern 雜 交、分離質(zhì)粒DNA 限制性消化產(chǎn)物的理想選擇。兩種電泳槽都含有許多互換組件。

多種凝膠大小的手鋪選擇
